Roos & Co Attorneys-at-Law
Roos & Co Attorneys-at-Law is a law firm specialising in business law, employment law and insolvency proceedings. Our special areas of expertise include matters of company law, employment law, insolvency law as well as litigation and arbitration.
Customer orientation is a key operating principle for us. Our operations focus on expertise, understanding and identifying customer needs as well as finding legal solutions based on those needs. The added value produced for our customers through legal services is at the heart of our operations.
Our focus areas include the duties of a bankruptcy estate administrator, matters of employment law, matters of company law and litigation.
Our office is located in Yliopistonkatu 18 (4th floor) in the heart of the Turku city centre. The partner in charge of the office is attorney-at-law Henry Roos, M.Sc. (Econ.). Henry specialises in insolvency mandates, litigation, employment law, company law and criminal law.
We are a member of the Finnish Bar Association.
